Dr. Macrene Alexiades, MD, PhD, FAAD, FASLMS is a dual board–certified EU–US dermatologist and PhD scientist with three Harvard degrees: an AB in Biology, a medical degree, and a doctorate in Genetics. Internationally recognized as a leader in aesthetic dermatology and laser science, she has authored two seminal textbooks—Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery and Photodynamic Therapy—and published hundreds of original peer-reviewed articles.
Over the past 25 years, Dr. Alexiades has led FDA clinical trials for numerous injectables and aesthetic technologies.
